Age 9: Doing Arts and Crafts

My imagination stemmed from my childhood. Drawing characters from my favorite shows, folding origami ninja weapons, and acting out stories on my bed with my plushies and animal figurines.

Age 14: Designing + Coding with LEGO

This is where my curiosity for technology started. I joined my middle school's FIRST LEGO League team, where I built my first robot, designed custom parts for missions, and learned block coding to control its motors and sensors.

Age 16: Designing + Building Bridges

Exploring the design of bridges through 3D modeling. I continued my journey as a Civil Engineer where I designed, built, and tested popsicle stick bridges against 20 lbs of sand and building towers held up by marshmallows.

Currently Age 20: Designing Products

My curiosity for designing and technology led me to taking Introduction to Digital Product Design where I got hooked on product design. Now I bring colorful solutions to problems from campus to enterprise.

Beyond 20: Design Engineering

Shipping directly from Figma to frontend as a designer on CoursePlan. With product design, tools, and my own role all shifting, it feels like the right moment to try being a Design Engineer.
